It is advisable to service your pen at least every three years and to have the wireless battery changed for a new one. During the service, if we come across any major faults we will quote first and ask if you wish to proceed with the repair. Please don’t open your pen as this will then render it difficult to repair and could be a costly exercise for you.
You will also be charged £30 shipping for this servicing, as we always use secure insured shipping to send to the factory and back and then to send on to your address.
