Brigette Softley
Also with over 40 years experience in the industry, Bridgette is the founder and Director of Nouveau Lashes and the winner of the Queens award for Business Enterprise 2018.
Starting her career as a hairdresser Brigette went on to work for a variety of FMCG companies before being appointed as director for global skincare, make-up and body care company Mary Kay in 1995. One year later she was introduced to the world of permanent make-up and met her now business partner Karen Betts and quickly became the Director for Nouveau lashes, the biggest and most successful Lash brand in the industry.
Dawn Forshaw
Dawn has over 40 years experience in the beauty industry and CEO of the Finishing Touches Group which specialises in reconstructive SPM in hospitals all over the Globe. Finishing touches is one of the largest Micropigmentation schools in the world and has recently expanded into new divisions such as scalp and medical micro-pigmentation and mesotherapy.
A key advocate for safety within the industry, Dawn is pioneering ‘safety in Micropigmentation’, an attempt to set standards and raise awareness for safe procedures. She is also linking her UK Micro partners to make the UK’s largest chain of ‘safe centres’ for Micropigmentation.
